About Barbell Dad Co
I’m not a fitness influencer. I’m not a coach. I’m just a dad who refuses to put the bar down.
I work full time. My wife works full time. We run opposite shifts which means the gym happens before the sun comes up. 4am alarms, dark parking lots, and a pre workout barely keeping me functional.
Then I come home and I’m a dad. Playing with my boys, present in the moment, tired in a way I have never been before and proud of it.
Barbell Dad Co was built for dads who refuse to quit. The ones who train early, work all day, and still show up for their family.

How long does shipping take?
Every order is made to order and fulfilled within 3–5 business days. After fulfillment, standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What sizes do you carry?
All products are available in sizes S through 4XL.
What brand are the shirts?
Our tees are printed on Comfort Colors garment-dyed heavyweight blanks — preshrunk, built to last, and get better with every wash. 100% ring spun U.S cotton.
How should I wash my order?
Turn inside out, cold water, low heat or hang dry. This keeps the print sharp and the garment looking great for years.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because every item is made to order, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Please double-check your size and color before completing checkout.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Because every Barbell Dad Co item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference reasons. Please review sizing carefully before placing your order.
