I’m a husband, a father of two boys, and someone who refuses to put the barbell down no matter what life throws at it. My wife and I work opposite shifts, which means the gym happens at 4am or it doesn’t happen at all. I drag myself out of bed before the world wakes up, get my work in, and spend the rest of the day being as present as I can for my kids — tired, sore, and genuinely grateful for every second of it.
